Lauryn's 26/27 EPK

Based out of Toledo Ohio, Lauryn's music is heavily influenced by her struggle to find a balance in religion and relationships. Her sound. Her music reflects her journey of figuring out who she is and where she belongs in this world  She's spent a large amount of time figuring it out, and even more time writing about it. The sound sits somewhere between indie folk and emotional pop, with songs that tend to stick around after the first listen. A new record is in the works, and a run of shows is coming up this fall.

The early years were scrappy in the best way. Small venues, self-recorded demos, and a growing reputation built almost entirely by word of mouth. A few key releases changed the trajectory, earning spots on curated playlists and landing some well-timed support slots that opened things up considerably.
